Unless you comment that a channel isn’t working correctly then you get banned and called dishonest . Years I have been in the iptv scene and I have never been treated with such disrespect as a customer.

I had a problem with the payment service, but it was sorted via the ticket service and quite happy tbh, it's not perfect but find me an IPTV service that is?

I submitted tickets on your help desk that were a friendly heads up that a channel was wrong at a given time - thats exactly what your ticket desk was for - you then banned me and banned me off any forum & chat group etc you run, to silence the critic. Prove me wrong - put all my helpdesk tickets on here if I’m dishonest as you claim. Hash it out as you say. fortunately you can’t censor the truth on this great site . Hell I even wrote to you asking / begging to be let back on as I thought it’s was actually great value but you choose to ignore these tickets and still come out with derogative comments with no merit or substance

Personally this service is wonderful and gets better everyday! I read the complaints above and realize these types of services aren’t perfect. Believe when I say that have tried many out. This one by far is one of the best!!
