IPTV service with custom channel pack?

I'm looking for a service who have the possibility to build a custom list to only have certain channels. I don't want channels from Italy, India, Africa, nor VOD.

All I want is a pack with latin channels, MTV UK channel pack (Live HD, Dance, Base, Rocks, Music, Classic, Hits) and Spain channel pack.

Yes, many have that option. Voodoo, Titan, Elite, etc. Just tell them which categories you want to keep and they can remove the rest. PM me for links.
