I am looking for a quality UK / USA service with catchup and VOD, I don't need 10,000 channels, just the main uk, usa ones. Catch up and VOD, EPG are deal breakers, I need them with the time difference. Price is irrelevant as long as the service is worth it, some i have tried.. Ace iptv, necro, vaders, premium-iptv, set tv, simply tv. Using vaders at the moment, used be great but lately is down a lot.

Finding a single reliable service that adequately covers all of those requirements might be rough. Especially on the catch up side, which tends to be more of a "there to make the surface claim we have it" priority then anything most providers actually care about keeping in a working state.
As for the recommendations already listed goes, Fab's catch up was always spotty anytime I've tried it in the past, and Gears doesn't have it period. Never really heard of or tried the other 2.
Reloaded TV fits the bill from a just looking for english channels aspect, and unlike most has a fairly reliable across the board catch up feature, but you do have to sacrifice VOD.

I.am in agreement with trialing them. It will make the difference whether one or two will work for you you should always have a backup just in case. Every seller will shout they are the best, but doing the trial will give you an idea

I noticed that you've tried lot's of services, I only need UK TV with Sports plus EPG. Which of the services you tried had the highest quality streams?
