I'm looking to get an IPTV going for me and my kids, I live alone and they live with their mom. I will need 2 connections, one for me and a STB-emu setup for me kids at another location. I would like it to be under 10$ a month and have Disney Jr. (US English)

Have yet to try eternal, but I've actually really enjoyed area-51 for what I pay. A sub there allows two lines as well and is under $10.
I’ve heard good things about Eternal TV, it would probably fit your needs. They have the MAC address only subscription that is inexpensive. As a whole, it seems like a good option.
