UK servers are a no go due to location. Which providers have US servers and have the option of having extra connections?
Vader, Epic, Nitro...all the major services will have servers in the US. Extra connections is trickier. Vader allows 5 connections from 3 IPs. Some others allow multiple connections as well but I can't think of them at the moment.
