Eternal TV is the most comparable overall to Vader IPTV service I've found. Less overall polish and no VOD, but the more limited catchup and same multi stream at a value price aspect is there at a cheaper price.
Which I'm actually using right now for the same exact my Vader is down reason you'd be looking to buy it.
