If you are trying to gamble using IPTV then don't waste your time all services are 2 to 3 mins behind live TV.
All are at least 1 - 2 minutes behind, it is the norm for IPTV, you will not find anything better unfortunately.
Check out Vader Streams. It may be a little behind but it will be close. www.vaders.co
