I watch on a large TV so if it's low bitrate or even worse if it's jumpy/jerky/dropped frames I very quickly get a headache and can't watch.
Not too bothered about cost, quality is far more important.

Unfortunately there is only one site that I know of that has high frame rate sky sports via the Internet and it’s private with a massive waiting list,if it helps now tv is supposed to be going 1080p before the end of the year
Subscribe to virgin or sky if you want a higher quality and you don’t mind the extra cost IPTV will always be a lower quality replacement
