Hi all, currently trialling Helix which looks to be ~6mbit 1080p25 - can anyone beat that?
I've heard that Globe are starting to show downscaled UHD, but what's the bitrate? Plans for 2160? Any 1080p50 providers out there? Any HEVC? Quite happy to pay for higher quality, what you got?
I just tried an EpicStreams reseller with globe and tbh I’m not sure it was any better, marginal at best. Still looked 25fps but I couldn’t get the bitrate as it was in an Android App.
I’ll probably start with Helix as it’s cheap, and reasses once UHD streams start appearing. Surprised there aren’t any tbh?
Also have a Helix trial but the Sky Sports channels seems to have a low bitrate. Especially the colors are looking quit dull. Wish they had the Globe source.
