Tried a few myself in NZ. I think the only provider other than fab who has servers close to us on the west coast of the US is vader but they have been unreliable of late. Give NIPSAT US or OTT a go.
No I don't have a reseller I can recommend. I see their announcement about new orders on the website.
TNT Media has been working great over here in NZ
I have Helix and Area51, I find both work exceptionally well. Plenty of Australian channels, however, it would be great to get ABC TV.
