UK channel: British Eurosport 1&2 / ITV4 / BBC

I only need the above channels because I wanna watch snooker from UK TV channels, so these are the ones:

British Eurosport 1&2 / ITV4 / BBC

Any reliable and cheap provider which can provide those? Don't need any other channel... FHD would be nice to have, but HD would suffice :)
