Encountered buffering running on my Niv Shield wired to a 500 Mn/sec Cable internet router. Canadian channels came on quickly as did UK while German were much slower. Caribbean channels would not load and some said under construction while other providers had them running. VOD not that big but all played flawlessly but I wouldn't pay extra for that on top of the IPTV Service. I'd value the service at $7 Cdn per month
