Many Vietnamese channels are available for free online or in apps. For instance, HTV streams their channels in HTVC, and VTV streams their channels in VTVGo. These apps are widely available for Android, iPhone, and Smart TV. They even have Smart TV versions of their apps so you can easily navigate on TVs! Their official streams are much more reliable than the streams that IPTV resellers offer. Basically, no resellers offer Vietnamese channels. And if they do, their streams are never reliable -- the streams last 2 weeks max.
