You'll need either to transcode the streams for unicast delivery into lower resolution (or h265 if its STB supported) or set up an edge in their network and send multicast in it.
In Smarters set the stream options to HLS and turn on the hardware acceleration for better viewing :) it should help smooth out some issues for him

Sounds like your customer needs SD streams to lower the data. That would come from you, their provider being able to offer SD streams.
