Never pay for a years IPTV upfront no matter how good the deal is the potential of getting ripped off is very high. The scene is way too volatile even the big providers like fab have done a runner with many customers like myself loosing out.

What are you selling? any channel list? I bet 4000 of those 4900 channels do not work.

m3u? I'd love a trial if you're able to give them.
