Does it work outside US?

Couple of questions: 1.) is the $10.50 in USD? 2.) is it a 3 week subscription versus month/30 days? 3.) is it auto renew? If I am satisfied , can I prepay a few months 3/6/12? 4.) what payment types do you accept? PayPal/bitcoin/etc?
