Sate who you paid the money to and what website, direct or reseller? Gen been years on IPTV, are pretty good.

You can find most channels in both sd and HD, not everyone have the bandwith to use HD so its good to have an option to use sd. Gen is definitely not scammers, the forum is excellent if you want to learn more about the service and if you buy from a reseller you will also get more personal help than directly from the homepage.
