So you want legit TV. I would suggest you contact your local cable company and see what they charge. EVERYTHING is bitstarved except for the smaller, private servers that won't just let anyone in.
And as for full HD, that's just 720p. If you want 1080, the majority of content is actually broadcast in 720. 1080 is nothing but an upscale in the majority of cases.
