I reviewed your service with the following pros and cons Pros -the channels that worked loaded very swiftly -the selection of countries was exceptional for the monthly asking price. -the availability of VOD is a nice to have.
Cons -too many channels randomly selected did not work close to 20% failed . -experienced minor bouts of pixilation or channel freeze on a few channels that I watched -VOD movie selected froze way too much gave up to watch it. -no tv catchup was available
I have reviewed many services and subscribe to 3 different budget providers charging me $5 or less a month ICE tv was not any better than any that I subscribe to. I would recommend that you lower your price to single connections the extra connections are for marketing as they typically do not provide any significant stress on the servers. Since they are not as dedicated a connection. Repackage your countries as no one person will watch them all.
