Wholesalers have been made aware that the Express Guys will not be reimbursing re-sellers for lost credits or issuing refunds. They have decided to let everyone hang and start from scratch.
Pretty pathetic as they have been promising people not to worry for about a month now and then they drop this news. I would recommend re-sellers and IPTV users to avoid these guys in the future. They might even do a rebrand to avoid the negative cloud.
For all re-sellers: tough luck, :(
