Try Area-51 they too limit access to protect quality of service rather allow greed to drive the buisness. Very competitively priced and decent quality. No Catch up or VoD use one of the many Apk's for that. Happy Streaming......tv_viewer

Long time Eternal Tv subscriber here. I have never been offered referrals through them, there is nowhere on their web portal to request them and they don't respond to email requests.
You have to get a referral from a subscriber. This is done by the subscriber on the telegram app. I think it's a link that's given to sign up. Also Eternal is good but not perfect. I always have 2 services that way I am assured (mostly) that my program will be available.
Yes great Quality of Service control be patient in the interim sign up to Stick TV ...Stick of dynamite service for a month marginally more expensive but a good back up
