Air TV is a good choice for UK, European, Asia and some US/Canadian channels. Also has an extensive VOD section. Even has a superior package called Air TV Extra that offers 7-days catch-up.

Feel free to give me a message as offer a couple of services which you can trial. My friend in Perth uses it and finds with full HD at 50fps his broadband struggles (he gets approx 12mb) but for other standard streams it runs well
