I’m a new reseller and I keep getting a ‘login failed’ error when trying to login to my panel.
Unfortunately mate you have been shafted by your reseller not boom media. If the super reseller eg: yours doesn't pay his bill then his pannel gets cut which means all his reseller panels get cut. You need to get hold of them and slate them not MyBoomMedia they have done nothing wrong here save abiding by there rules. I suspect knowing the Admin this would have been the last resort and the said super reseller didn't or wouldn't respond.

From all the information in here it looks like u-host haven’t paid their bills.
To add more information, they individually messaged everyone in their reseller telegram today to apologise, ask for e-mail addresses and to say that they would be reinstating everyone’s panels.
Then, they deleted the reseller chat group and deleted their telegram user accounts.
As said before You are a sub resseller and your main resseller didnt pay his monthly bill.
As they say on the telly obviously not yours as it isnt working!!

The truth of the matter is mate that you were a sub reseller of a platinum reseller.
The platinum reseller didn't pay his 1k monthly bill so he was cut off.
Subsequently all panels under him will be cut off.
Don't come on fucking Reddit slating a service, when your direct reseller has shoved that many lies up your arse he now puts lipstick on you and calls you Mary.
I sell for MyBoomMedia and have done for a long time.
You will not find a more upstraight provider, who's support is second to none.
If you're direct reseller couldn't be bothered to pay their bill take it up with them.
As far as MyBoomMedia is concerned if anyone wants to sell for them it will be the best move you'll ever make.
Well its looks like your wee a sub seller to a super seller who has not paid his monthly commitment. This is how it works. Your seller made a arrangement to get cheap/unlimited credits by committing to pay a significant sum on a monthly basis. He then sells you credits to earn enough to cover his payment and anything over that he pockets. If he doesnt keep his payments up to date he gets cut off as do all panels and lines underneath him.
This is how it works. I have a similar arrangement with another provider.
I will also add i sell for the provider mentioned and they are straight as fuck. Most professional outfit ive ever seen.
