You should never sell, or resell, a service that offers yearly rates. Neither you or the seller have any way of knowing whether or not the service will actually still be around in a year. And... if you are paying for 'unlimited' service yearly or lifetime there is no realistic way of managing that. Especially when they are charging $2 a month or less. Eventually(actually pretty quickly) the servers would be overloaded and more would be needed. But since they are not taking in enough revenue they cannot buy new servers.
Their plan was to fail from the beginning. And when you buy into something that seems too good to be true you are planning to fail as well. A lot of people will get a server, purchase some cheap restreams from ebay and recruit resellers and ridiculously low prices. They know they can't live up to what they are offering. They just make as much as they can, shut down and then come back as a new service and do it all over again.
Spend the extra money and go with a solid provider if you are going to resell. If you insist on using these sh*tty sources then never sell the service for more than a month and ONLY use it as a cheap back up to your stable service. Otherwise you will have your customers leaving you reviews like you just left and making it hard for you to be successful.
