why else would such a system skip VPN users.
ironically many login resellers also make a living
off of VPN referral fees; a no VPN rule smells fishy.

He might have a panel that has built in VPN and using a second VPN might make the streams act up. I’m not saying that’s what’s going on I’m just guessing that might be the case. A few iptv providers have VPNs built into there panels for extra security.
