when subs tell reseller something not working, do they bother telling the developer, or merely placate you?

i went to the trouble of documenting what basic cable channels were on retries to my reseller, and he gets all uppity like i'm criticizing him, when all i mean to do is have him forward it to the developer for repair. i'm guessing resellers only pretend to care till they make the sale, then their subs are like shit to them... what say you guys? keep in mind I did the all the leg work and spent the time documenting all these defects - i didn't expect the reseller to.

Very few resellers have a direct line to the supplier, and it would mean a daisy chain of redirects. If you're using a mag, there is the complain button. Also, most resellers seem to think their reputation is on the line when the product they sell isn't perfect, or they might think you're being too nitpicky as it's IPTV and it's not 100%, so don't expect 100%. The amount of times people complained about channels being down on EPIC, who had control over their own channels, was a shitshow, especially when people were warned ahead of time due to snowstorms, hurricanes, etc.

People who pay act entitled, your reseller might be sick and tired of hearing about problems from entitled customers, and may not have realized you actually give a fuck about the service and was trying to be helpful, not an asshole.

After I pass the problem to the admins, I copy their reply and send it to the sub that had the issue

Always pass the word on to the supplier. They should always want the best for their customers like I do!
