I’m not a reseller, but I just signed up for 6 Months of Limitless at $7/month. Their streams have been good and little buffering. There’s a reseller around here somewhere, but they don’t have catchup. They do have VOD though.
I have a package for just that , infact I have 2 different ones for that. $5 or $6 mo or $10 for both 4500 total channels and 3500 channels respectively. pm plaes.
