Apollo Group Tv only takes bitcoin now and my subscription just expired. Any good services out there that I can watch via a web browser and also has an intuitive app for android for viewing on the go? Must take paypal or debit/credit card

Don't watch too much live tv so it doen't need a ton of local channels(NA), mostly use vod so a decent selection is a must.
