Y'all should stop posting that you're back up and running, that you've changed servers or software, your new urls and your service names. I'm sure these Reddit posts are monitored. Every reseller should have an established enough client base and a support system to communicate on a personal level and not here. It'll only be a matter of time before the next method is discovered and shut down. Just my opinion.
Seriously but some resellers are just greddy and want to sell sell sell like they work at a car dealership but they put so much attention on getting new subs.that they forgot about there normal subs and we can't get assistance half the time or have to beg.but if your new they are all over you so with there normally subs then we chat with them privately I've found a great reseller that doesn't put his business out on every social media site. And that's why they were able to bust so many servers and services
Maybe some one could boycott your job. When resellers are popping up every few hours, new ones, you say that? There are smart ways to do things and then there are not. They got enough to do with the info from XC that they don't need to monitor this site.
