I see Express is down on English USA/Europe channels. Internationals are working, no idea whats going on as no one has posted anything, They dont use XC

I don't know for sure but they could be affected by their source providers issues with XC. If they rely on a source provider for a section that likely won't be fixed until it's fixed on the sources end.
