Uproar Hosting (u/IPTVGOD) has been posting his reseller subs on here several times a day for a while now spamming the shit out of this subreddit. Aside from his services being overpriced compared to there who resell the same subs, he's kind of a prick. I recommend avoiding him. There are definitely better and cheaper resellers out there.
I've had no problems with the service I've gotten from him so far. Sure some of the channels aren't 100% yet but it was 11 bucks and have access to a lot of channels I dont on my other service. Super responsive, answered all my questions and quick setup, so definitely the opposite of what you're describing.

This guy gives great support. Answers emails right away. Product is great with lots of options. Willing to pay a bit more for such great support. Him "spamming" was how I found this. Super happy he did!
Is it maybe because his prices are in CAD instead of other currencies because the Canadian dollar is worth less?
I haven't had any problems. Actually he's been better than most at keeping people updated after the XC fiasco
