PAY AS YOU GO RESELLER AND PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS
You agree that you will not resell Partner Credits for less than that of the retail price as listed on the Boom Media website. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of £100, doubling each time you do not comply with our terms and conditions and in addition to this, your account login will be disabled along with your resellers until the fine has been paid. The fine has to be paid within 7 days, after this period, if the fine is not paid, we will remove everything from our system including all associated lines including your sub-reseller lines with no refund.
You agree that you will not sell a monthly subscription for less than £7.50 [GBP] or an annual subscription for less than £50.00 [GBP or to the equivalent in a different currency]. Failure to comply with this will result in a fine of £100, doubling each time you do not comply with our terms and conditions and in addition to this, your account login will be disabled along with your resellers until the fine has been paid. The fine has to be paid within 7 days, after this period, if the fine is not paid, we will remove everything from our system including all associated lines including your sub-reseller lines with no refund.
You agree that you will not have sitting credits [The same amount of credits] for more than 21 days and you agree that you will not have 0 credits in your account for more than 7 days. Failure to comply to both scenarios will result in your panel being locked for 7 days in which you will have the opportunity to top-up within this period, failure to do so will result in your account being permanently deleted including any associated lines and with no refund.
The terms and conditions aren’t difficult to abide by though? Could you imagine if you had your own business and people weren’t following the rules... you would want to implement things aswell...

May not be difficult to abide by your conditions well yeh if they don't put a step out of place and what the fuck your terms and conditions are weighed so far in your favour the only person who can`t lose here is you, your terms and conditions read like a legit franchise and you seem to actually believe you're a real business. I would not touch you with a barge pole you seem to think your something special and you stamp down on anything that puts a stop your cash cow let's be honest all you are is a reseller trying to make quick guaranteed cash off the back of others.
