Noob looking for help

I need a USA package with sports that I can pay for with bit coin or a prepaid cc (these cards are only good for payments in the USA.)

My only device option is a cell phone on a cellular network with vpn. I'm too far out in the country for ethernet or wifi. I have fast cell service. 40mbs+
