So, I've been on this site for a while, looking at all these offers, tried a few, but i must say, the customer service I've had is absolutely dreadful, so much so, that I've taken time to write this post. All you reseller expect us to part with our money..yet..you're unwilling to help with set up, trials, etc. Really!!!.. And you want to make money? WOW..think some of you could do with some customers service courses..nd I'm a silver surfer..anyways rant over

With so many different services to choose from customer service has to be excellent. Our service never treats are clients like an account. You should always be able to ask a question, report a issue without getting blown off
