Affordable US IPTV Service with none of the fluff

I am looking for IPTV service with only US channels and Movies with working TV Guide. I don't need all the sports, other countries channels, and fluff. If you have the Fluff then a working m3u that I can edit to remove what I don't want along with working epg would do.
