Hello,

I had gold iptv from a reseller who is not in business anymore or changed his business name and now I wanted to buy another month but when I purchased form one, they say they are unable to do so because my previous provider didn't release the mac and asked me to request them to do so!
Now, the problem is, since the previous reseller is gone, so does their contact email and I am unable to do so.

Can somebody tell me if that's the case, how do i make my mag box mac released from them so that the new reseller can use that mac?

ps. I am noob in these cases, I just buy and use iptv; don't know how these macs are applied to where!
