I prefer a good Android box with 4GB RAM and XCIPTV. Works flawlessly.

Depending on your budget you're going to want a device with at least an S912, S905X2 or X3 chipset, HDR compatibility, 2GB+ memory, 16GB storage, Android 7.1+, dual band wifi, and I always recommend an ethernet port.
